Objective Measurements - establishing and meeting company and departmental goals and objectives that support our overall diversity strategy Tracking and Reporting - monitoring and reporting our progress toward achieving our supplier diversity goals and objectives with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement. Vendors must report the amount of money spent on behalf of QSolv (Tier 2 direct) with minority-owned, woman-owned, or veteran-owned business enterprises (MWVBE) and small disadvantaged businesses. Quarterly Tier 2 reports are not required if the vendor qualifies as a small business as defined under the current Small Business Administration Table of Size Standards. Training and Education - helping to ensure that associates in decision-making positions throughout our organization understand QSolv's supplier diversity principles and commitment. External Outreach Activities - seeking diverse suppliers through active involvement with small business and minority development organizations, and participation in various trade shows and procurement events. Communications - educating employees, management, diverse suppliers, and the community-at-large about our supplier diversity program, policies, and achievements. Second-tier Program - working with our prime suppliers to achieve supplier diversity at multitiered levels within our value chain. Awards Program and Recognition - highlighting and rewarding the hard work and outstanding efforts of our employees, suppliers, and community partners. Program Participant Qualifications To participate in QSolv's Supplier Diversity Program, a business must be at least 51% owned, controlled, and operated by member(s) from one of the following groups:
- Minority-owned Business Enterprise (MBE)
- Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE)
- Veteran-owned Business Enterprise (VBE)
- Disabled-owned Business Enterprises (DBE)
- Small Business Enterprise (SBE)
Certification To help ensure that our bidding opportunities reach all eligible diverse business enterprises, QSolv works in conjunction with and accepts third-party certification from the following organizations and councils:
- Affiliates of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC)
- Affiliates of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)
- Association for Service Disabled Veterans (ASDV)
- U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)
To participate in QSolv's Supplier Diversity Program, a company must have a current third-party certification from one of the above organizations
